What I liked

The staff here are so lovely - no patronising grumpiness, just honest care and a great 'bedside manner'. I was seen by two nurses who responded to my medical care with professionalism, and in my opinion better than my GP. This isn't the first visit I or my family have had here and each time we are treated brilliantly by obviously highly qualified staff who know what they're talking about and understand that sometimes patients need reassurance aongside their medical care.
