What could be improved

I had taken my 2 year old daughter to A and E after a head injury which had knocked her out momentarily. It took an hour an a half for her to be seen by a dr in this time she was not offered any form of pain relief (Calpol or icepack). We were just put into a room and ignored until I went to the nurses station and complained about the wait. Where I was told that she was not a priority
