What I liked

My husband was treated in the rehab centre where he had a 3 day course of IV steroids. We were very impressed with the staff who were knowledgable and efficient. They made my husband feel valued and that his well being mattered which is really important when you have a long term illness.

I have visited many hospitals with both my husband and my parents and have to say that the staff in this unit were the best I have met. They worked hard and were busy but still seemed to find the time for the little things, like a quick chat or a cup of tea.

It was not just our care as we witnessed the clinics that were also happenning and every individual was greeted on arrival and spoken to in a pleasant manner.

I feel that the staff should be praised for giving the standard of care you would hope to receive but so often do not. They are a credit to their profession.
