What I liked

I cannot begin to thank everyone responsible for my recent care. I underwent a total hip replacement on ward 7 west. I arrived feeling nervous about the surgery and outcome but need not have been. The nursing staff were all very friendly and caring at all times. My Consultant was very professional and gave me the utmost confidence, the anaesthatist sat and explained the procedure and listened to my concerns and checked with me after the operation that I was feeling ok. The physiotherapist was also very helpful and encouraging. Also I feel the person who served our tea and meals deserves a mention as they were always cheerful and full of smiles :) It's now 2 weeks after my surgery and I am progressing really well and feeling very positive and feel this is down to all those mentioned above....Thank you all so very much x

What could be improved

In my opinion there was nothing that needed improving.
