What I liked

I attended for an emergency endoscopy and investigations. The Consultants and their team provided exceptional service throughout. Patients were fully informed and treated with dignity and great understanding throughout, This was not only my own experience but clearly that of other patients when I was on the unit. In addition the speed and efficiency of setting up the process was such that both the NHS and the William Harvey should be proud. I would like to thank all the staff concerned in the Unit. My experience made me realise again that this why we must continue to protect our great national institution: the NHS.

What could be improved

Really nothing.

Anything else?

I would be surprised if private patients could ever aspire to the service I received. and of course the urgency and understanding was a clear and proper priority given the potential life-threatening conditions that could be developing. I would be grateful if my views could be passed to the team.
