What could be improved

I tried to telephone Finchley Memorial Hospital 7 times but the phone was nevery answered. I received the message that 'the person at the other end had hung up'! As I needed to cancel an appointment this was very frustrating, and had it been an emergency it might have been disastrous. I checked the phone number on the website several times. Please explain why the phone was never answered. Thank you. (Mrs) Mary Bourne
