Following a relapse this is the 2nd time I have had to use this service. The service has improved this time around and feel I have more help / support and info to help me overcome my addiction.

When I previously was discharged - I had no help and support and it wasn't long before I was back using. This time round I feel more positive about a more successful outcome. Thankyou for the service Ashley House is providing me this time round.

It is good to know that you have had a more positive experience with treatment services recently.We are working hard to ensure we help our service users in their recovery and that they are provided with the support they need leading up to and after discharge. A good example of this would be how we ensure that NA attendance is offered to people.
