"Dr Masal's clinic made my life worth living again"

I started to attend my GP in January with a skin complaint and over the next 17 weeks I attended 6 times and saw 5 doctors. I could not sleep, my mood was very low and the itching and blisters made me feel my life was no longer worth living.

I felt as though no one (dr's) at the surgery were taking me seriously and not doing enough to try and help me. Eventually the receptionsit told me to go to see a Dr at larwood surgery who is a skin specialist. Why did it take the receptionist to tell me this?

The Dr at larwood referred me to the hospital and eventually Dr Masal was excellent. Two weeks after meeting him my life was worth living again and the reception staff at Dr Masal's clinic went ABOVE & BEYOND their duty or care.
