What I liked
Attended 30.6.2011 for a colonoscopy. Pre assessment one week earlier at Shotley Bridge Hospital.
The entire process was pain and trouble free. I was totally involved in the procedure and decision making and i was treated with respect and kindness throughout.
Thank you to all members of staff.
