"A very positive experience."

What I liked

I have been visiting the physiotherapy department for the last 8 months or so. Staff were efficient, friendly and caring and I was very well looked after. The hospital has a bright and cheerful feel which helps to lift the spirits!

What could be improved

It would be nice if there were a few more disabled parking spaces.

Anything else?

I will ensure that I pass your kind comments on to the team there. In relation to your suggestion about having more disabled parking spaces, I will pass this on to the Non-Clinical Services Manager to see whether this a possibility.
