Well in January, i decided to join the Active life style Scheme, which is to help people lose weight and make exercise of any form a part of their daily life.
so i did this and a fortnight later i joined my local gym, and i started going 2 times a week but after a month my health had already improved that i could go an extra day a week, now bearing in mind i was 25stone, in a month my cardio had vastly improved.
so much so that 5 months later im now doing 4 days a week, between 40 - 1hr 30mins a session, and i have lost to date 50lb's :), i've enjoyed being a part of the activelifestyle group and wish anyone great success when doing it, you have to stick with it though as the first few months are challenging, now i dont think about it, i just wake up, do my daily house work and go to the gym to socialise and do a work out.
