I have recently been diagnosed as a coeliac. I have had to see the dieticians a few times and they have been really helpful.
When ordering products, I ring through to the dietician and they send the order our the next day by first class post which is excellent. I then pick up what I have ordered about a week later form my local chemist. At first I don't think they quite knew what to do, but I think that is only because the don't really have anyone with coeliac disease in the area but it is not a criticism and everything works smoothly now.
The only down side is that when I come to order there is no complete list of available products and how my units they cost. I have a certain number of units to use but it is difficult to know what I can actually get for them. This means I spend a lot of time of the phone asking about products and how many units they are. I think this wastes my time and the time of the person on the other end of the phone. It would be easier if I have everything I need to make my choices before calling.
As I have already said, the service and staff are excellent. I would just like to see a list of available products and how many units they are worth.
"Excellent service but I would like a list of products"
