"Terrifying, frightened and very scared..."

About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary

What I liked

There is nothing nice i have to say about this hospital at all. The very thought of myself or my family being treated in this hospital now sends shivers down my spine i am frightened to even go into the A&E department i get shown the door even though i am a genuine case and i was not even checked over for any injuries by the doctor and suffered all the following day. I do believe this hospital could improve by actually listening to its patients instead of calling them liers and showing them the exit.

What could be improved

What could be improved is junior doctors being shadowed by senior doctors until the junior ones pass all exams and also junior doctors want to go back to school and learn some manners after all they cost nothing but they make a doctor go a long way with respect.

Anything else?

I am now frightened to go into the Royal Victoria Infirmary due to not receiving treatment at all. If i ever need to get took into hospital again i will make arrangements to travel to the QE at least over there you get seen to by proper doctors and you get respect and not called a lier.
