"A very, very bright light at the end of..."

What I liked

This is a place where, in general, no-one wishes to be! The care, kindness and consideration is second to none. The unit is maintained by the most excellent of staff, from the consultants (never too busy to reassure or advise) to the nurses (smiley, caring and loving) to the blood takers who are cheerful and always so aware of why you are there. I can't believe that no-one's taken the time to congratulate the hospital administrators who have taken the very best and assembled them in one very small unit. Words of praise won't do here, just the knowledge that the patients respect, admireand most of all love them back. Thank You.
