What I liked
No one likes to go to Hospitals , and I am no exception,but my appointment at Trowbridge was a very positive experience !
It was so much better than having to go to RUH for my consultation ,less stress ,no travel journey to speak of,no parking problem,no huge queues,I was seen on time and all staff ,from Reception through to the Specialist were courteous and professional in all their dealings with me !
It was a pleasure to be able to leave within 30 minutes off entering ,and I am almost looking forward to my next appointment there if it continues to be as positive an experience !
