"Annoying!"

What I liked
This hospital is ridiculous. You get up through to their switchboard only to be left hanging on for ages when trying to get through to a ward and then they just hang up on you!
What could be improved
It would be extremely helpful if the ward answered their telephones!
Anything else?
So frustrating!
