While visiting a relative, the patient in the next 'bed', although seated, spilt her tea & dropped the cup.
There was no help in sight so I approached a nurse. It seemed to me that she was not happy to be first in line and she was was offhand / close to rude in the way she responded to me.
The lady could have been scalded but it felt to me like paperwork was considered more important!
Very angry.
