"I cannot thank the health service enough for looking after me in my time of need"

I was shopping in ashton when i had a tightness in my chest. i got the bus to a/e gave my name and condition to receptionist as i turned to sit down a nurse called my name, and asked me to go to the pain clinic with her where she did some tests and said the heart monitor was showing abnormalities and i was being admitted.

The staff were very busy but my care was excellent. i was sent to mau where Sister Meeks took over my care with a young student who was also very nice.

I was then discharged home to return for tests. I went for an angiogram byDr Puri, i was told i had a blockage and this was what was causing the tightness.

I then went to Wythenshawe hospital for a triple bypass. They were marvellous.

I cannot thank the health service enough for looking after me in my time of need. I would like to thank Dr Puri and his team for all the hard work and dedication shown to myself over the past 12 months. They really are a great team, always very happy. Dr puri is a true gentleman and professional at all times but very approachable also. Thank you so much to all the Cardiac team.
