What could be improved
I have been trying for three days to telephone ENT appointments at Fairfield. I start at 8am and try about 10 times every day uptil 8pm. All I ever get is an automated answer service, that say my call is important, says this three times then says to busy call back. I do and get same everytime. BT must love you. This is not aimed at the staff. More at the telephone procedure.
