What I liked
how clean it was
What could be improved
more staff to deal with in comming patients and more staff to deal with the patients that was already there.
Anything else?
i was in sellers ward ,14 june 2011 and had a fusion operation on my foot .When i rang the buzzer for a nurse i was kept waiting for 10-15 mins as i needed pain relief ,3 times this happend and told me they would be back in a min, then told they had lost my medicine notes ,so i could not have any pain relief ,they found them 2 hours later,i was left in great pain before i recieved any pain relief. Patients were left for long periods of time on bed pans, the medication was as late as 11pm at night and lights on late. And patients buzzers going off for long periods of time before they were tended to.
"would not like to have this experience..."
