What I liked

I am a doctor at another hospital and recently took my 3 year old son to St Helier Accident & Emergency with a suspected broken arm, which unfortunately was confirmed

The service received from arrival to discharge was of an extremely high quality

Being a physician myself, I judge fellow colleagues in the sense of whether I would be happy for them to look after members of my family, and this is clearly the case here

What could be improved

To be honest, nothing

It is relatively rare for NHS Staff to receive direct praise, so if you have been in a situation where the care has been of the highest standard, it is greatly appreciated to hear it form patients/carers
