What I liked

After 24 years of being ill with an undiagnosed neurological condition, I was referred to a doctor at Hope. He is a Consultant who actually listened very carefully, didn't rush to hasty conclusions and was thorough in his examination. Each step of the way he explained what he was thinking and doing. For the first time in many years I felt that my concerns and worries were being heard, and I feel confident that he will do his very best for me from now onwards. This is not something I have been used to before! He is easy to talk to and relaxed in his manner, which helped me to relax and remember important information to tell him.
