"Fantastic staff and service"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

What I liked

My daughter gave birth to my grandaughter prematurely: this is her second baby born early so we had experienced the care in another hospital. I wanted to comment as the care that my daughter has recieved at Lincoln Countyhas been excellent. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and extremely approachable. The staff in the neonatal intensive care unit work in a high pressured environment but manage to give the Mums one to one time, always ensuring that the parents are given the necessary information. I would just like to say a big thank you to them all: )

What could be improved

Somewhere comfortable for visitors to wait whilst visiting Special Care Unit: I understand that the unit cannot have too many visitors but we had travelled a long way and were expected to wait in the corridor by the lifts.

Your kind words are very much appreciated and I will request that they are shared with the appropriate team, together with your thanks. I will also pass on your comments in relation to a waiting area within the Special Care Unit.
