What I liked

Hopefully this was the out of hopurs department. The doctor was marvelous.He was very thourough, very supportive and considerate towards my medical problem. He was very understanding which is what a doctor shoul be!

What could be improved

Nothing

Anything else?

If I was treated the same way here as I was in Urology under a junior doctor then I would have been treated better and given the right medicine!

If it was the GP out-of-hours service, which is based next to the Lister's A&E department, then this is a service run by a separate organisation called Herts Urgent Care, which is a GP-led community benefit society (http://www.hertsurgentcare.com/).
