Front office reception staff are very nice

What could be improved

i took my wife to do my first scan in the hospital thinking i will get the best scan. the scan staff didn't not do any briefing. she was rude and very fast in going the scan. infact, my wife felt full pain during the scan and rest of the day. she was pressing very hard. He claimed that pain will be there during scan since this is first time.

she didn't bother explaining anything in the report though the report mentioned that patient should be clarified with the type of scan and what is not possible in the scan.

i took my wife to many scan in the past across the globe. no one treated like this and she never had any pain.

i hope NHS understand this and also educate the staff that the duty of care.
