What I liked

I was extremely impressed by the whole of the staff, fron the people who swept the floors to the Consultants, and everybody in between. Everyone was very friendly and polite and did their best to make my experience as relaxing and caring as possible. Everything was very fully explained and although one can hardle describe such an experience as enjoyable it was made as pleasant as possible. Please thank everyone involved on my behalf.
