"A and E department is amazing...."

What I liked

The a and e staff were amazing and kept checking on me regularly.

What could be improved

How ever when i was moved from A and E to female observation ward the staff were awful. One lady tried to set my drip up and came with a paediatric machine for it! I was plus 4 keytones dehydrated and she left me without a drip for a long time. When i moved to the early pregnancy ward for hyperemesis, they told me i shouldnt have been offered food as they need the stomach to rest for 24 hours, but this women in observation gave me food.

Student nurses in observation were making fun of an old women which is disgusting behaviour. I would not trust them again.

Anything else?

There were no trained nurses in observation by a and e it was disgusting the treatment i recieved.
