My aunt is currently in Colchester General Hospital
She has been there 11 days as the result of a fall at home.
As yet she has not received a pain relief assessment for her ongoing condition, she has been catheterised, she is not being mobilised and the so called Red Tray system is either not being used or it just doesn't work.
We are at our wits end. What can one do?
