My family and I have had to attend Kent hospitals many times as we have chronic medical conditions which are all different. My main complaint is that after the initial appointment the

follow appointments are not made by your administration staff. None of us ever receive letters or telephone calls telling us of the next one, or if we are told we arrive only to be told it has been cancelled and we never receive any communication about this. Then we receive either a telephone call or letter saying that as we have missed an appointment so we have got to return to our doctor's to start over again.

The main hospital concerned it Medway Maritime then Sheppey Hosp and then Sittingbourne Memorial then Maidstone.
