What I liked

I am writing on behalf of my family to express our deep gratitude and appreciation of the excellent care and attention offered to my late sister during hr recent stay in Leighton Hospital following her admission, initially to Ward 14 for investigative tests, and latterly to the High Dependency Unit. We cannot speak too highly of the expertise, kindness and attention which she received, and we, ourselves, following her eventual death.

At all times we were treated with dignity, kindness and respect, which was greatly appreciated in the difficult times we faced.

What could be improved

A hospital which deserves recognition for its caring and compassionate attitude.
