What I liked

I am writing this comment on behalf of my Father who suffers from Dementia. My Father had to go to the Day Case Unit at North Tees for Urology precedure. The Staff could have not treated him any better. All the Staff at this unit showed patience, understanding and diginty to my Father. They explained everything to him and then repeated it all to me. Staff on the North Tees Day Case Unit were a outstanding example on how to treat the elderly in the NHS.
