"Listening and not judging!"

About: Ashley House

(as the patient),

I was referred via my GP to Ashley House, the help I've being given by the staff has been invaluable. They were there to listen and not judge.

Hope you keep their funding this service at a time when things are tight becasue they provide a special service.

Thank you for taking the time to make this posting as it is important for us to know that we are providing the necessary treatment and time to our service users. I am sure all the staff within the building offer non-judgemental interventions and one of the good things about Ashley House is that it has helped break down barriers and the stigma of substance misuse in the wider community.I would like to also reassure you that there is funding in place to ensure continued service provision in Halton over the next few years as the importance of such services is recognised both locally and nationally.
