(as a relative),

Our daughter came to have an operation to have her tonsils and adenoids out. The surgeons and nurses were nothing but brilliant and made our stay very comfortable for us all.

Thank you very much for your very positive comments regarding the care given to your daughter when she was admitted recently to have her tonsils and adenoids removed. It was very pleasing to hear that your experience was good, that you were pleased with the care provided by the nurses and the surgeons, and that you were all made to feel comfortable.

I have passed your very kind comments to the Matron who will ensure that these are shared with the appropriate staff.

It is good to hear what our patients think about the services that we provide, both what we are doing well and what we may improve on.
