What I liked

Cannock has in my opinion something to be proud of at last.My stay in Hilton Main ward enligtend

me as a tax peyee of what the NHS should be like Nation wide.

The treatment I recieved from entering the hospital to discharge was faultless ,from the theater stafff including consultants,nurses & porters brilliant.

The ward nursing teams most proffesional & carring, yet being able to emmit reasurance to the patient of a posetive return to good health.

The cleaning staff & auxilaries just great.

Please don't advertise this report in the newspaapers the AAA rating will have none ill customers wanting to book an overnight stay. Thank you all at Hilton Main ward don't let the management change a thing .A copy of this corespondance forwarded to Downing Street website.

What could be improved

May stay would have been perfect if the management could have organised the meals menue

although being orderd on day 2 it was't untill day 4 that my first choice arrived.

In between those days although the quality of the food being good it was someone elses choice & not mine.
