What I liked

I attended the Breast Screen Unit for a re-call on a previous Mammogram. I was quite nervous, but found that all of the staff on the Unit were kind, clear, and conscientious. Everything was clearly explained, and they made sure that I understood all that was said.

The experience could not have been improved upon. Great staff.

What could be improved

The car parking charges ! Ridiculous £5.10 for less than 3 hours.
