(as a relative),

I feel there was a lack of dignity. The patient could not move their head and was given a dirty bowl and a jaycloth and told to wash their own face. Was left in soiled works cloths for 3 days. A work colleague eventually took them for a shower. Was offered pain relief but never received it.
