What I liked
The staff in the maternity wards and the neo-natal unit were fantastic. They were extremely competent and professional in the work they did, but at the same time they were caring and respectful towards us. The birth of our daughter came with a few complications, but we felt that we were in safe hands at the Whittington.
What could be improved
The maternity department was extremely busy when we were there - in an ideal world, more funding and staff would be available.
