What I liked
seeing new grandson eventually............
What could be improved
false information given to staff regarding maternal grandmother which prevented her from enjoying normal visits and subsequent contact with granson due to emergency cpo causing unnecessessary disruption to both baby mother and grandmother.absolutely no communication beforehand from those who caused this predicament and forced this young mother to sign under duress having just given birth.no information was given to me by staff during my daughters labour and the attitude was surley and impolite.
Anything else?
Who authorised the discharge and blocking of any details being released to maternal grandmother.
"unprofessional ,unhelpful,discriminatory..."
