The service I have from the nhs has been fantastic. I cannot grumble in any way. The people have been brilliant. I can’t understand why other people are rude to staff and don’t show the doctors and nurses more respect. When I stayed in hospital, the doctors and nurses were lovely, even the cleaners were friendly and would chat to you on their way round. I thought the hospital food was good and you had a choice of what you wanted as well. It was clean too – they were always coming round with the mop.

I had a great experience and couldn’t fault it.
