"I would like to say a huge thank you to all the parties involved in my care"

About: Tameside General Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I came to Tameside hospital with chronic stomach pains, which I thought was crohns disease. This did turn out to be part of the problem the other was an obstruction. I had surgery to remove both problems; I was making good progress when I got an abscess in two places which were then also removed.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the parties involved in my care, the nurses and care staff were great and the team of doctors were excellent I couldn’t of asked for better care.

I have passed on the kind comments you have made to the staff of the surgical unit at Tameside Hospital, as I assume this was the ward you attended.
