I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and regularly visit the out patients dept for consultations. I have just read a complaint re the waiting times for this consultation and must address it. I have been treated for close on twenty years at this hospital and, although I may, on occasion have to wait for as much as 30 minutes, I have never waited longer than that and the consultant has never appeared to be rushed and is always willing to discuss any problems I might have.
