(as the patient),

I went to see my GP on the 12th of May and was told they would refer me to the hospital. I used the DART service to book my appointment at RDE and I found the process very easy.

I was seen three weeks after my GP appointment and I think this is very good going for a non urgent case.

My appointment was at Dr Sherriden's clinic and I saw Dr Jonny (I'm afraid I can't remember her last name). She was brilliant. I was treated with respect and as an equal, she talked to me not at me, which I think is very important.

I was impressed with the whole experience. I wanted to put it all on record. People are quick to complain but I have been treated brilliantly.
