"Given the wrong info"

About: Phoenix Futures / Barnsley drug and alcohol services

(as a service user),

It took me longer to see my key worker than expected due to other staff giving me the wrong information but when I did get to see my key worker I was on my methadone programme quicker than I expected to be so things were sorted for me very quickly and at a professional level. The only thing that should change is to make sure the right info is given at the reception desk.
