"Inadequate car parking facilities made us late!"

(as the patient),

We spent 45 minutes driving around looking for a car parking space; we were then half an hour late for our appointment.

There should be another car park, or the current car park should be made bigger.

Thank you for sharing your experince with us. I am sorry your visit to the RAEI did not meet with your expectations. We are aware of the pressure on car parking and are in the process of finalising plans to significantly increase the number of spaces for visitors and disabled parkers, which we hope to have in place within the next 6 months
