I am a patient at the Elm House Surgery Beckenham and I have always been impressed by the exemplary service provided by the doctors, nurses and support staff. This morning I required an emergency medical appointment. I phoned the surgery at 9.00 and was seen by the duty doctor at 11.00. The NHS at it's best.
