What could be improved

I was very unsatisfied with my visit at the Addenbrokes Hospital. I had stitches put in my hand. I felt very discriminated by the staff who asked me twice if my hand was really injured at work and not in a fight.

Unfortunately, I had to go back there cause under the stiches there was some blood accumulating, but instead they told me it was an infection and told me to take antibiotics for a week. The week is almost finishing and the blood keeps accumulating. The GP nurse does not care and I am sick of waiting in a queue for hours just so they can send me home instead of taking a proper care of me.
