My friend got knocked off her bike in Westminster. Although we had to wait a while for an ambulance and motorbike paramedic arrived very quickly. We arrived at A&E at St Thomas' at 8pm and I thought we would be their the whole night! We were seen almost immediately, transferred to the Urgent Care Unit, then for an X-ray and discharged by 10pm as she han no breakages. We didn't have to wait more than about 20 minutes between being seen by the different departments. Very impressed with this A&E experience.
