What I liked

from the moment I arrived for my total hip replacement, I felt totally at ease and cared for. Without exception the staff were professional, efficient and very kind. At any time, night or day, I felt able to summon assistance which was always immediate. I felt able to relax and concentrate on recovery. I cannot praise this hospital highly enough.

i know staff are just doing their jobs, but going into hospital can be very worrying for many people and the attitude of the staff is vital in putting anxious people at their ease. The staff at Kidderminster do it to perfection.
