(as the patient),

I recently had to use the out of hours GP service and was pleasantly suprised.

I was given a call back and after a brief history i was advised to attend the surgery at Bilton Grange.

When i arrived they were expecting me and shortly afterwards i saw a doctor. I was examined and given a prescription.

This is a service i did not expect to use any time soon but ultimately was so glad i was able to access it on a bank holiday and have the medication that i needed.
