Make sure people are seen on time and not waiting about.

Prescriptions have always been at chemist even if I have missed appts.

Thanks for taking the time to post about the things you think are important at Guernsey House. We know our clients don't want to have to wait around and as of next week we have increased the number of booked appointments available which we think will make waiting times much better - I hope you will notice a change for the better next time you come in.
